Dear Mr Medawar,
Thank you for you most recent letter of 4 February which I read on return from leave. You raise a number of points which I have asked Peter Dunlevy to take forward. He aims to reply to this, and to your letter of 28 December, no later than the end of this month.
In response to the last paragraph of your letter I am conscious that there are a number of outstanding matters to which we have not yet been able to respond. I apologise for the continuing delay and the inconvenience this may be causing. In particular I wrote on 20 January, following up my earlier letters of 11 November and 9 December to advise you that the work to prepare suitably edited information about the CSM which was the subject of your complaint to the Ombudsman was taking considerably longer than I had originally hoped. I have reviewed the work which still needs to be done. I have set a deadline for our final reply to be sent to you no later than Monday 15 March. I very much regret this continuing delay and would ask you to bear with us a little while longer.
I am copying this letter to the OPCA.
Yours sincerely |
