Hello suzy. I quit from paroxetine 70 days, and then 14 days ago I returned. I don't fell very well in summer so I feel that I need the chemical at least this summer. Perhaps I will try to quit again this fall. Now just waiting the full effect. Being using it 20 months, with a pause a year ago, I think I experienced all phases you can think off. Phisical withdrawl effects are temporal. They will just dissappear. Only advice: try to quit when you feel you are prepared.
