i have been on effexor xr 75 mgs for almost a year now. i started taking it cause i get anexity/panic attacks. i have been experiencing these electrical zaps in my brain when i lay down to sleep at night. then while this is happening my whole body starts to convulse like seizure, while i hear a buzzing noise. i asked my doctor if its a side effect she told me no, and then says to me that she also wants me to take wellbutriton along with the effexor, but instead of 75 mgs she wants me to take 500 mgs!! has anyone experienced anything like this? is it a side effect from the effexor? i want it to go away! help!!
