Hello Folks, Well as I predicted the dosage is no where near enough and I am getting the horrible thoughts again. Also my OCD seems to be back stronger than ever and that has really bugged me for years as its not nice for some of the people round me.
Well I have to go back to the Doctors in 4 days time and I am hoping that she will up the dose to at least 100mg as I am becoming really scared that I will self harm myself again. Some people at work have said what have I done to my arm (as I have been cutting it and it looks a bit of a mess) and I have to lie and say that I did it when cutting bushes. But one person has sussed it out and keeps on conforting me and it just seems to make me worst and I ended up doing it again this mourning.
