I was so happy to see this post since I have been experiencing this sympton. I thought I was loosing it when I was feeling these 'shocks' so it's nice to know that I am not alone. I take Effexor for Panic Disorder. I have been on Zoloft, Wellburtrin, and Tofranil. They all have worked for a while but then lose their effect after a a few years. I have tried Serazone but I was a walking Zombie and I have also tried Paxil but it ruined my sex life. I want to stop the Effexor due to the shock effects. Does anyone have any idea what else could work with Panic Disorder? Thanks!
