been taking effexor xr 300mgs for several years now, previously took prozac and seemed to plateau. switched to effexor and feel great. about shivers, so thats what they are called. i will get them if i miss a dose or if i have been very active and not slept well the night before. i find them annoying, distracting and a bit of a pain but the benefits if the drug far outway that occasional discomfort. i always described the sensation like having sand in my head that shifts around.
