For about a year, I too have been having these horrid head shocks/zaps. Sometimes they happen when I hear an external noise, other times they come at random. I can have several in 1 night, nearly always as I am lying in bed, trying to get to sleep. I too am desperate for help.
Incidently though, I have not been taking Paroxetine, Sertraline, Fluoxetine or any other other antidepressants. But.. I have, over the years suffered from panic attacks which I just learnt to 'sit them out' as it were.
Has ANYONE found a cure for these nasty shocks?
