Hello all, I've been off med for 22 days now and yes finally this is my second day without dizziness. I still feel emotionally raw and started to get headaches. But I think ( fingers crossed) the brain shocks etc are gone.
What side effects are other people getting on St Johns Wort??? The only thing I've noticed is increased sun sensitivity.
Thanks for the spirulina info...I will check it out.
Hang in there...it apparently does get better!!!
