I have been taking 75mg Effexor for just over 2 months for anxiety and depression. My mood is much better, but my libido has gone right down, and I really struggle to achieve orgasm if at all! Also noticing slight weight gain. Does anyone know how effective Wellbutrin is for depression as I have read that it does not have the effect on libido that other meds do? After reading this board, I am also now concerned about withdrawal from Effexor...or maybe I have not been using it long enough for this to be a problem.
