Now off Efexor since 10 days. Ok I knew about the "flashes in the head" - I can take those. The sweating/shivering - OK, it'll pass. The hyperactivity, - Yes quite useful thanks. But the nightmares.. Lord I've had my share of nightmares before, but these nightmares. Designed by the Devil himself I'm sure. I lay down, fall asleep, only to wake upp 10-15 minutes later by the most animate visions. God I'm afraid of going to sleep, at night anyway. Try to sleep daytime instead, as long as I don't have a job to care about, _that's_ no problem. But I wonder how long this will go on, I really do. Because it is as the doc said: "Sleep is good Ernie - you need the sleep".
