Hi, I know what it feels like to come off paxil/aropax. I had taken it for about a year, however on just 20Mgs. The effects i got were the zaps, similar to up or down in a lift. Also night sweats which utterly soaked everything (i didn't know i had that much water in me). Basically i cut down from 20Mgs to 10, then 20 the next day, then 10, 20, 10, 20, 10, 10, 20, 10 10, 20, 10, 10, 10, 20, 10, 10, etc etc. And slowly making my body used to 10. Then 10, 0, 10, 0, 0, 10 etc etc. I found the zaps too hard to cope with by just stopping (i tried that once). I have recently started the aropax again after a few months as things hadn't improved. But now all the old sex drive problems are back so I'm looking at an alternative. Good luck stopping. Take care, Jeff
