Thank you for posting this link. Not only does it cover the subject that you raised, but the site, in general, is excellent for gaining an understanding of what actually goes on in depression. I found, as I'm sure most people here would, that it gave me insights into aspects of depression that I could recognise, as well as the means to try and address them. I'd recommend anyone reading these posts to take the time to read through all that the site has to offer in terms of helpful, easy to read information. It's actually given me a way of re-evaluating my current position, as well as an ability to recognise some symptoms which I had put down to other causes. Thank you again.
