I have just come off paxil 3 days ago after using it for around 9 months. The withdrawls are like my worst nightmare... my head does not feel like it is attached to my body. I'm constantly spinning, hot and cold sweats, nightmares, tearful, etc. My doc told me to come off them for 5 days before starting on 25mg Dothiepin. Does anyone know if these will stop my paxil withdrawls???? some info appreciated... I have been on cipramil before with no side affects or withdrawls.
