I have been on Efexor for 4 years. have been taking between 150 mgs and 225mgs depending on what state I have been in. I am on my 4th day of not taking 150 mgs. I have been on this dosage for 4mnths after coming down from 225. The third day I started to "buzz". Whenever I move my body tingles. Alternatively I have felt sick, and headachey. If you start to buzz, stop whatever you are doing and rest. Lie down, eat something. I have found that it alleviates the symptoms somewhat. It makes it bearable Hope this is of help. If you are trying to get off them persevere. As I progress I will try to let you know how I am getting on.
