i was on ciprimal for 12 months came of it once did no good then cut down to a 1/4 of a tablet every forth day have been of for 11 days today some days are good some are bad but i will stick with it as i am due to have my baby in 9 weeks and i dont want to chance that going through the same as me with dizzy spells its just one of those things you have to have the will power to do hope you go well wish everyone the best comming of it but you would be better of with something else
